My goal is to provide  honest, efficient and reliable accomodations services for the budget minded travelers.

Our Business

"Isla Budget Rentals" was born out of the continuing inquiries directed to me regarding availability of my own apartments which were booked most of the time.   I was happy to refer these inquiries to other properties for the past year, leading me to the idea of starting my own rental business to provide this much needed service for the budget minded traveler.  In its short history I have had a very positive response and my list of properties is growing.

Who We Are

I have been an Isla resident since 1988, I have seen it grow from a sleepy, laid back island to a well known destination in the Caribbean.

My main "job" is making beach clothing which I sold for many years at my shop on Hidalgo, now I sell from my online shop www.beachfashiononline.net

At the same time I  had my own budget apartments for 5 years in which time they  became well known and were booked for most of the year.  Unfortunately due to circumstances out of my control I had to close them permanently.  They were a source of great pleasure and met many wonderful people through them that continue to support and recommend me.
