 Deposits

To guarantee any reservation we need  25 % of the total of your stay as a deposit and the balance 30 days prior to arrival.  Once you have decided on the property you like I will send you info on the different methods of sending it.

Last minute reservations must pay in full prior to arrival.

Cancellations

We are aware that sometimes unforseen events come up which will lead you to cancel your vacation.  You must also be aware that we had saved that space for you and are more than likely not able to fill it up again.  We are happy to fully refund (minus transference fees)  your deposit if you cancel 31 days or more prior to your arrival date, and 50% if you cancel 16-30 days prior, sorry nothing refunded 15 days orless.   If you have to cut your vacation short once you are here, you will understand that we are unable to refund you for any of the unused days.
