On Madero around the corner from Hidalgo, beautiful property with a central garden.  They have different types of units: one is a two bedroom large unit with its own rooftop patio at $560/week 4 people;  2 are large one room units with balcony facing the street and kitchen at $280/week double; 2 units are in the center, smaller ones with kitchen at $245/week dble  (upstairs), the other (downstairs)with only coffeemaker and microwave at $175/week ; 2 new units at the back (1 upstairs 1 downstairs) with kitchen, eating area and QS bed at $280/week dble. Minimum stay is 4 nights
All units has AC at an extra cost of $10 per night; Wireless internet, cable TV and fridge. No extra person per room.

Located a little less than a mile out of town, accross from the baseball field, it is a four apartment building, with a small yard.  they have a kitchenette with a 2 burner stove, living and dinning area, and a separte bedroom with a double bed. The apartments are large and confortable, pretty and very clean.

Their rate is $50 per night or $315 per week double occupancy. Minimum stay is 3 nights.

A very bright, warm house in front of the ocean, huge windows with a beautiful view. This a 2 bedroom house that sleeps 5, the downstairs has a living, dinning and kitchen area, and a large outside patio. It has a rooftop patio with a panoramic view, where you can hang your hammock and enjoy!  It is on Juarez within walking distance to eveything in town and the beaches, located behind the Navy Base.

This property rents for $560US per week, or $100 per day, four people, extra person $10 per day..

Geared toward the budget traveller it has 5 economy units: one room with bathroom and kitchenette, ceiling and floor fans, at $35.00 and $40.00  per day.  Not all the units are the same size nor are they equiped the same.

The upstairs unit is a 2 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, one bedroom sleeps 4, and the other has a QS bed, they both have balconies overlooking the street and the ocean, at $50.00 double, $80.00 per day for 4 (low season),  $10.00 extra person. 

A big plus in all the units is in room safe boxes, and WiFi.

  It has a rooftop patio to relax and enjoy the sun and the breeze.

Beautiful brand new hotel next to the NavY Base, downtown! North and South towers with rooms with double beds, 2 singles, KS with jacuzzi suite, balconies and a swimming pool.  Rooms have fridge, microwave and soon coffeemaker and safety deposit box. Reception open 24 hours.  Within walking distance to the square, Hidalgo and beaches. Price range $55-65 double in the high season and $45-$55 in low season.

 Casa Havana is a family home turned into apartments.  Located on Juarez a few steps from La Lomita Restaurant, on the water side, with a great view and lovely breeze.  It has 6 furnished units colorfully decorated with private bathroom, kitchen, some of the units have balconies and access to the seawall. All units have AC and WiFi.  It has a rooftop deck for sunning, and a patio for get-togethers.  Rates range from $40-$100 US per night during high season.  

Casa Frida Kahlo is full of local art. The first floor is open concept with a colorful mexican tiled kitchen...living/dining room full bath with walk-in shower and a large patio on the waterside.  The 2nd floor is also open concept sleeping 7 people. 2 dbls...1 single...1 king...with sliding glass doors on both sides to capture the lovely ocean breeze. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. There's another patio on the waterside where you can watch the sunrise from your king size bed or sit outside and watch the local fishing and scuba boats go by. The 3rd floor is the roof, we have 3 hammocks and a large high back cement bench to sit on. You can see 360 degrees around the island from up there. You can sit in the sun or in the shade.. We are only steps away from La Lomita (a well loved family owned restaurant), a small tienda and the navy grocery store.  The house is located on Juarez along the seawall.  You can walk to town and the beach in minutes, or go shelling and for a dip in the ocean right off the back of the house. Rates are $80 for 4 in the low season and $100 in the high season, extra person $10 per night.

A charming upstairs corner apartment with  balconies overlooking the docks, on Rueda Medina and Bravo, very bright and lots of breeze!  It has a KS bed, a sitting area, kitchenette,bathroom, cable tv, drinking water, housekeeping every third day and AC.  The rate is $50 per day low season, $70 per day high season double occupancy, sorry no children or extra person.

Located in Colonia La Gloria in a very lively, typical neighbourhood.

Recommended for the experienced Isla traveler,  we offer you two apartments with fully equipped kitchenettes, twice a week maid service (Linens are changed weekly, towels twice a week) , utilities and a friendly hand to learn the ropes of living in "a colonia". Free long distance service is in the owner's house, the main house of  the property, via VOIP, or voice over internet, ie Skype. A lot for your money in a vacation rental!

Each suite had a double bed and a double air bed and one set of hammock hooks. So a family of up to six could stay here!. Long term discounts are available!

Rates are $300 per week.
